Revised Floodplain Mapping Effective August 2, 2022

A Virtual Open House for the 2018 Jefferson County Physical Map Revision (PMR) was held on June 22, 2022 for portions of the City of Lakewood, City of Edgewater, City of Wheat Ridge, and Unincorporated Areas of Jefferson County.

Getting the Flood Hazard Area Delineation (FHAD) information on the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) helps residents and business owners make informed decisions about personal safety and protecting financial assets.
